Sufficient space for both client and carer - apartments are spacious, consist of two bedrooms, a living room and two bathrooms. These are not minimum requirements and variations can be offered at varying price points.
Whilst exposure to the apartment is to be kept to a minimum, many apartments offer step-free and lift access straight into the property.
Isolated and Comfortable
Apartments are qualified on the basis that they are situated in small residential blocks where communal foot traffic is minimal (blocks of more than 15 units will not be considered). All properties are luxurious, and evoke a true 'home away from home' feel.
Further to this, full risk assessments per CQC’s guidelines for domiciliary care providers have been carried out on all properties. A further care assessment on a case-by-case basis will look at the specific needs of the client, such as mobility and subsequent mobility aid requirements, which can be supplied and installed on a bespoke basis.
We are also able to source apartments in alternative locations to meet the needs of individual clients.
